Evrmix Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Evrmix. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evrmix waitlist, website, early access programs, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By requesting early access, joining our waitlist, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Early Access and Waitlist

Evrmix is currently in early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission to the platform.

• Admissions are granted in waves at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to select participants based on alignment with our community values (e.g., individuals whose work is central to their identity).
• We may pause, modify, or cancel the early access program at any time without notice.

3. Account and Information Accuracy

When you request early access or create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your email address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or use the Service for any discriminatory or malicious purposes.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service.

5. User Content

If you provide information, feedback, profile details, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Evrmix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service (including for matching purposes).

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

• Evrmix is a matching platform designed to connect like-minded professionals. However, we do not guarantee the success, safety, or outcome of any matches or interactions resulting from the Service.
• You assume all risks associated with interacting with other users.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evrmix and its founders, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via the email address you provided). Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evrmix operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
