A. Personal Data

  • Contact Information: Email address, name, and any other contact details you provide when requesting early access or communicating with us.
  • Profile Data: Information you share to help us understand your work style, relationship to your career, and other matching criteria.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

  • IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Pages you viewed, links you clicked, and timestamps of your visits.
  • Information collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to improve our Service and your experience.

C. Biometric Information

To ensure the safety and authenticity of our community, we may require you to verify your identity. In doing so, you may be asked to provide a selfie and/or photo ID. Our proprietary, in-house verification system processes these images to extract biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as facial recognition scans or face geometry) to verify that you are a real person and match your ID. We do not retain the original photos after this verification is complete; we only retain the resulting mathematical embedded code for future re-verification purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, operate, and improve the Service. Specifically, we may use your information to:

  • Process your early access request and manage the waitlist.
  • Verify your identity and authenticity using biometric data and government-issued IDs, ensuring a safe environment.
  • Communicate with you regarding your waitlist status, updates, and invitations to join the platform.
  • Analyze usage trends and user feedback to improve our matching algorithms and platform design.
  • Protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
  • Respond to your inquiries and offer customer support.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing the Service (e.g., email service providers, hosting services). These parties are obligated to keep your information confidential.

4. Biometric Data Retention and Deletion

The raw photos (selfies and IDs) you provide for verification are deleted immediately after the verification process is complete. We only retain the embedded biometric code (the mathematical representation of your face geometry) for the purpose of re-verifying your identity if needed (e.g., if you change your profile photo). This embedded code is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary, or for a maximum of three (3) years from your last interaction with the Service, whichever occurs first, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Once the retention period expires, the biometric code is permanently destroyed.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

6. Your Choices

  • Communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your waitlist status or our ongoing business relations.
  • Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, but this could affect the availability and functionality of the Service.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
